Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in

At check-in, an identity document will be requested for every guest included in the booking, so please make sure you bring it with you.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Bookings may be cancelled up to fifteen days before the check-in date, with no penalty charged. The equivalent of one (1) night per room will be charged if the booking is cancelled less than seven days before the arrival date, and the amount equivalent to one night will not be refunded. In any cases not covered or not specifically provided for regarding the cancellation of bookings, Terras do Salvado - Nature Retreat reserves the right to apply the previous clause.

During festive periods (the week from Christmas to New Year, Carnival, Easter and the Santos Populares festivities), all bookings are non-refundable and no amount paid will be refunded.

3. Booking Guarantee:

A booking is guaranteed once payment has been confirmed as credited to our account by the date indicated. If payment is not confirmed as credited to our account by that date, the booking(s) will be cancelled immediately. For same-day bookings or bookings made outside the cancellation policy, you must provide your credit card details (number, expiry date and the 3-digit security code) so that the first night, which guarantees the booking, can be charged; this amount is non-refundable.

4. Policy for Babies:

Cot: free of charge, subject to availability, in the Vila do Tempo and Vila dos Sonhos accommodations.

These accommodations can only fit one cot. Any other arrangements are subject to availability and prior request.

6. Useful Information:

Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Check-out: by 12:00 noon

Breakfast: 8:00 am to 11:00 am – to be booked at check-in. Breakfast for Vila dos Sonhos and Vila do Tempo is served directly in the villa.

Terras do Salvado - Nature Retreat has a car park, a bar, a barbecue area (weather permitting) and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children.

Vila dos Sonhos has a private jacuzzi on the balcony, which can be used all year round except when it is raining.

Breakfast is always included. We provide complimentary towels for use at our pools only; they may not be taken off the premises.

We also provide bath towels and toiletries.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the property is restricted to registered guests only.

Silence is part of the Terras do Salvado experience. Between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, we kindly ask you to respect the rest of all guests.

Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
