What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, by email or by phone on +351 914 403 192.
What do I need to show at check-in?
An identity document for every guest included in the booking.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is always included. It is served from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, to be booked at check-in. At Vila dos Sonhos and Vila do Tempo it is served directly in the villa.
What accommodation is there?
Two independent villas, Vila do Tempo and Vila dos Sonhos, and Vila Refúgio, with three suites: Silêncio, Sossego and Retiro. The suites can be booked one at a time or together, as the whole Vila Refúgio.
How many people can stay in each accommodation?
It depends on the mix of adults and children. When you choose your dates and number of guests on the accommodation page, the website only shows the places where your booking fits.
What shared spaces are there?
Car park, bar, barbecue area (weather permitting) and an outdoor pool for adults and children. We provide towels for use at the pool only, as well as bath towels and toiletries.
Does Vila dos Sonhos have a jacuzzi?
Yes, a private jacuzzi on the balcony, which can be used all year round except when it is raining.
Is there a cot for babies?
Yes, free of charge and subject to availability, at Vila do Tempo and Vila dos Sonhos (one cot per accommodation). For other situations, please contact us before booking.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed.
How can I book and pay?
Directly here on the website: choose your dates and accommodation and pay online by MB WAY, Multibanco, card or other methods available at checkout. You can also find us on Booking.com and Airbnb.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation terms, including the holiday periods when bookings are non-refundable, are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and events are not allowed. Silence is part of the Terras do Salvado experience: between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, we ask you to respect the rest of all guests. Access to the property is reserved for registered guests.
Where is Terras do Salvado?
In Telhado, in the municipality of Fundão, Portugal, at the foot of the Serra da Gardunha. The address is Sítio do Salvado, S/N - Freixial, Rua do Cimo, 6230-771 Telhado, Portugal. On the Contact page you will find the map and a link to Google Maps.
